A first generation entrepreneur, Rishikesh Mishra is well known and well respected in Indian aviation sector, for his expertise in components sourcing, parts and maintenance support, and being a leading introducer of new innovative technologies and equipment which has helped making aviation operations safer and more convenient for operators. Mr. Mishra began his career as an aircraft maintenance engineer before graduating to providing independent and comprehensive parts and maintenance support to aviation companies through his trade and service ventures. Mr. Mishra has also been a pioneer in starting a regional airline much before Govt of India initiated the UDAN scheme to give wings to regional aviation.
Gérard Piau
Gérard Piau, a seasoned manager with forty years of aeronautical experience, including roles as Head of Customer Quality and CAMO Support Director for airlines like Vistara in India and Jet-Smart in Chile.
Involved from day one in the A380 adventure, he has been associated with the delivery to the first customers: Singapore Airline, Qantas, Emirates and Air France.
Now living in India, Gérard is an integral part of the FLITELINE venture ensuring implementation of safety and quality compliance.
Joyabrata Ghose
Joyabrata Ghose, an accomplished aviation leader with over three decades of experience in aircraft maintenance, engineering management, and international operations. Holding an MBA in Finance and a B.E. in Aeronautical Engineering, he combines technical expertise with strong financial and operational acumen.
He has led large-scale maintenance and compliance functions, implemented robust Safety Management Systems (SMS), and managed regulatory audits across multiple regions. He has successfully expanded global maintenance networks, negotiated high-value contracts with leading industry partners, and developed innovative processes that enhanced operational efficiency and reduced costs.
An active participant in the International Airlines Technical Pool (IATP) since 2006, Joyabrata continues to contribute his expertise to advancing industry standards. He is licensed under DGCA Part 66 (B1) for ATR 72, B737, and B777 aircraft, and is recognized for his ability to align technical excellence with business objectives.
